Mr Edmont Lusukula 

President 

The President of Undugu serves as the visionary leader of the organisation, guiding
our strategic direction and advocating for the needs of our community. With a strong
background in community leadership and diaspora engagement, they are the heart
of our mission , uniting members around shared values of brotherhood, resilience,
and progress. The President represents Undugu in public and strategic partnerships,
ensuring our voice is heard and our impact is sustained.

Mr Jean   Pierre Okitolela 

Vice President 

The Vice President plays a critical role in supporting the President and overseeing
internal operations. They contribute to programme development, partnership
building, and the implementation of key initiatives that support education,
employment, and social inclusion.

Mr Edo Kahodi

Treasurer

The treasurer ensures financial transparency, responsibility, and sustainability within
the organisation. Their expertise in financial management guarantees that every
contribution and funding source is wisely invested to benefit our members. They
provide critical oversight on budgeting, reporting, and compliance, allowing Undugu
to deliver its programmes with confidence and integrity.

Project Officer 

Project Officer 

The role is a driving force behind our activities, from planning and execution to
evaluation and improvement. With a strong focus on community engagement and
development. The project officer is engaged for finding appropriate and effective
projects for the wellbeing of our community.
The project officer with comity members have to empower and strengthen ties with
our community to ensures that our projects are both impactful and inclusive.

 Mr. Joseph Kandolo 

Vice Treasurer

Mr. Joseph Kandolo serves as the Vice Treasurer, providing critical support to the
Treasurer in all financial matters. His duties include assisting in budgeting, record-
keeping, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. Mr.
Kandolo’s attention to detail and integrity help maintain sound financial practices
within the organisation.

Mr. Salva Ngoy 

Youth Officer

Mr. Salva Ngoy serves as the Youth Officer, passionately working to engage,
support, and empower young people within the community. His responsibilities
include coordinating youth programs, promoting integration and participation, and
creating safe, inclusive spaces where young individuals can thrive socially, culturally,
and professionally.

Mr. Thomas BUBI

 COORDINATOR

As the Coordinator, Mr. Thomas Bubi plays a pivotal role in planning, organising, and
facilitating events and community activities. He is responsible for liaising with various
stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration, and overseeing the effective delivery of
initiatives. With strong leadership and communication skills, Mr. Bubi ensures that all
efforts are aligned with the organisation’s goals, fostering unity and efficiency across
all teams.
