Undugu Community Group Policy

1. Introduction
Undugu is an informal community group dedicated to fostering connection among East African diaspora, promoting cultural exchange, and supporting local initiatives within our community. Our aim is to create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members. This policy outlines the principles and guidelines that govern our interactions and activities.
2. Core Values

4. Online Conduct (for www.undugu.co.uk and related platforms)
Positive & Constructive: Online interactions should be positive, constructive, and relevant to the group's purpose.
No Hate Speech or Harassment: Any form of hate speech, bullying, harassment, or personal attacks is strictly prohibited.
Respectful Disagreement: It's okay to disagree, but do so respectfully and focus on ideas, not individuals.
No Spam or Commercial Promotion: The platform should not be used for unsolicited commercial promotion, spam, or self-promotion unless explicitly permitted for a group-related activity.
Intellectual Property: Members should respect copyright and intellectual property rights when sharing content.
Reporting Concerns: If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to the Undugu administrators or designated contact person.
5. In-Person Gatherings (if applicable)
